Level 1


This girls only class is our introduction to gymnastics in a structured class form. We have two age groups: 5-7 years old and 8 and up. Artistic gymnastics consists of 4 events: Vault, Bar, Beam and Floor Exercise. We teach essential core skills to build a strong foundation and boost self-confidence. We place an emphasis on mastering basic skills and proper technique. Safety is our priority! The class includes a warm-up, core skill practice focusing on at least two events, and a conditioning segment. Strength and flexibility will be a constant focus along with lots of positive reinforcement and FUN!

Level 2 and 3


These two levels of girls only classes are invite only classes and will focus on more advanced and challenging gymnastic skills. A strong foundation is needed to pursue these skills along with proper strength and flexibility. Safety is our priority, and we place an emphasis on proper technique. We strive to offer positive interactions while building a solid foundation. We encourage you to attend 2 classes per week if you are interested in competitive gymnastics in the future.

Boys Gymnastics


This is our boys ONLY class! We offer 2 age groups: 5 to 7 years and 8 to 11 years. This class is our introduction to boy’s gymnastics in a structured class format. We will teach essential core skills to build a strong foundation and boost self confidence. We place an emphasis on mastering basic skills and proper technique. Safety is our priority! The class includes a warm-up, core skill practice focusing on at least two events, and a conditioning segment. Strength and flexibility will be a constant focus along with lots of positive reinforcement and FUN!

Tumble 1


This girls only class is our introduction to tumbling in a structured class form. We'll focus on basic tumbling skills: forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, standing back bends, round offs and bridge kick overs. Safety is our priority so proper form and technique is our goal. We will constantly focus on strength and flexibility. This class is designed to be fun and engaging while preparing for Tumble 2.

Tumble 2


This girls only class is by invitation only. This is our more advanced tumbling class in a structured form. We will continue to focus on fundamental skills, strength and flexibility. Safety is our priority! Some of the more advanced skills will consist of back walk overs, backhand springs and front handsprings. We encourage positive social interactions and teamwork.
