Our Homeschool Gymnastics program offers a structured, engaging way for students to meet physical education requirements while developing strength, coordination, and confidence.


With a focus on foundational gymnastics skills, proper technique, and overall fitness, this 50-minute class is designed to support homeschool families with a safe, enriching movement experience during weekday mornings.

Are you needing to fill a PE credit? This class is an introduction to tumbling and gymnastics in a structured class form. We will teach essential core skills to build a strong foundation and boost self-confidence. We place an emphasis on mastering basic skills and proper technique. Safety is our priority! The class includes a warm-up, core skill practice focusing on at least two events, and a conditioning segment. Strength and flexibility will be a constant focus along with lots of positive reinforcement and FUN! This is a 50 minute class offered on weekday mornings.
